1. About This Platform

WakeNbake Cakes operates on the KitchyIt platform. KitchyIt provides technology that connects customers with independent home bakers. KitchyIt is a technology platform only and is not the seller, merchant of record, or party to any transaction between you and the baker.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders placed through this storefront are agreements between you (the customer) and the individual baker operating this store. Payment instructions — including UPI IDs, bank details, or WhatsApp payment links — are provided directly by the baker and are not processed by KitchyIt.

KitchyIt does not hold, process, or receive any funds on behalf of bakers or customers.

3. Disputes & Refunds

Any dispute regarding a product, order fulfilment, or payment must be resolved directly with the baker. KitchyIt is not responsible for and cannot intervene in disputes between customers and bakers. Please contact the baker through WhatsApp or the contact details provided in your order confirmation.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitchyIt shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from transactions facilitated through its platform, including non-delivery, product quality disputes, payment fraud, or any act or omission by an independent baker.

5. Changes to These Terms

KitchyIt may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
